Many biologists have serious reservations about the course of organic evolution, some even have valid reasons to question it. However, in the social environment, in organization and management, evolution is in full swing (when the revolution begins, it is better to stay at home). Slow but important changes are taking place and cannot be stopped.

Organizations that achieve success on the market, such as Valve, Mentax, Kamsoft, igus, Arkency, are managed in a completely different way — using teal practices. This is a high-quality state of organizational management that allows you to achieve success at a level that would previously seem fiction. Undoubtedly, organizations such as Google and startups are the best at adapting new practices. Is it because they have nothing to lose? We'll see.

The first part was created from 2017 to 2021 and consisted of interviews in organizations that achieved incredible success while emphasizing the development of organizational structure and culture. Taken together, we hope that the book will allow you to draw inspiration from the book, allow employees to understand what "this Teal" is all about, and serve as a manual for organization leaders to independently experiment with change. We hope that both views - both in the theoretical and application layers — aimed at coherent cognitive goals, and they will turn out to be so. Our experiences are, by their nature, snapshots and transient. Some organizations we know experimented with 'Teal' and almost collapsed. That's why we continue to discuss this issue in the business community.
